RUST-X oils have chemicals that give higher, faster and longer duration of protection to the metallic components from saline atmospheres during sea transportation as well as long term storage.
RUSTX oils contain VCI chemicals, which work in contact phase as well as in the vapor phase and protect components by its dual action.
RUSTX – 135 E is a medium grade of rust preventive oil that forms slight lubricating film on the parts. It is most suited for components that require long term protection and slight lubrication for easy fitment during assembly. It is dewatering in nature and removes cutting oils or washing chemicals carried forward from previous processes.
The product has a high flash point and can be used for protection of Cold Rolled Steel, Engine Components, as well as large equipment where indoor open storages are required.
The VCI fraction evaporates and reaches hard to reach surfaces where the direct oil spray cannot reach and protects the equipment from
corrosion.

All RUST-X rust preventive oils are Barium & Heavy Metal Free.
